The suburb is bounded by Baxter-Tooradin Road to the north, Western Port Highway to the east, McClelland Drive to the south, and Skye Road to the west. The suburb of Langwarrin was initially occupied by the Boonwurrung people, one of the many Indigenous tribes of Australia.
